Waverly Cape Funhouse 3520 SE Kelly St $324,900 4BR/1.5BA - This would be a great deal if the floors in the partly - and otherwise decently - finished basement didn’t look and feel like the aftermath of an earthquake. To say that the concrete floor had buckled would be, well, an understatement.  More surprising was learning that the owners never had it properly evaluated.
