Super high ceilings add a welcome illusion of spaciousness, topped off by unpainted millwork and a nice “deep” view looking west into the hills around OHSU from the living room. Small, but a nice distribution of space, including a rare 2nd closet in the master and a functional back mudroom cleverly adapted for laundry. Also, there’s a very nice fenced backyard with lovely laurels. Downsides are a stove in a funny, orphaned spot, a would-be-great-potential basement that is unfortunately off the backyard instead of the kitchen.
